What countries do you ship to?

We offer global shipping services via leading couriers and freight agents. We ship to EU countries, including Austria, France, and Germany, as well as non-EU countries such as Australia, USA, and UAE. For specific inquiries or unlisted countries, please contact us.

EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We provide a 30-day (RTB) Return To Base warranty. Any additional manufacturer warranty will be handled by the relevant manufacturer. Please notify us of any faults within the agreed warranty period via writing or email. You are responsible for packing and returning the item to us, and we will send a replacement at our expense.

Important Notes:

  • We keep records of all relevant Serial Numbers.
  • All returns must be securely completed and include the original packaging.
  • Incorrectly ordered products, if unopened, qualify for a full refund at your expense.
  • Opened items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee in some cases.

How long will it take to get my order?

UK Shipping: We ship Monday to Friday. Orders received before 14:00 should ship the same day, except for cases where we need to source specific parts for your order, mainly applicable to CTO models. All UK orders are sent via a Next Day service, and this is a FREE service.

International Shipping: We offer global shipping using leading couriers and freight agents. Generally, items arrive within 3-5 days for EU destinations and around 7-10 days for non-EU destinations.

How long does order processing take?

Our order processing is designed for efficiency. Orders received before 14:00 (Monday to Friday) are typically processed on the same day. However, in cases where specific parts are needed, particularly for Configure-to-Order (CTO) models, processing may take additional time. We prioritise swift and accurate order processing to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details. Be mindful of the order status, and note that processed or shipped orders may have limited modifications. Our team will assist you promptly, following our cancellation policy. Confirmation will be sent once the request is processed.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please use the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. Click on the tracking link to view real-time updates on the status and location of your package. If you encounter any issues or have questions, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Document the damage with photos.
  • Contact customer support immediately with order details and photos.
  • Our team will guide you through the resolution process, offering replacements or returns as needed."
